FlowPilot Studio Privacy Policy

FlowPilot Studio is a Chrome extension that helps users manage Google Flow prompt queues, track generation progress, and download generated media with organized filenames.

Information We Process

FlowPilot Studio processes prompt text, queue status, generation progress, selected settings, and generated media references only as needed to provide the extension's automation features on Google Flow pages.

Information Stored Locally

The extension stores settings, prompt queue state, usage count, skip/regenerate state, download naming preferences, and license unlock status in Chrome storage on the user's device.

License Verification

If a user enters a Gumroad license key, the key is sent to the FlowPilot Studio license verification server and Gumroad only to confirm whether the license is active. Payment card details are handled by Gumroad and are not collected or stored by the extension.

Website Access

FlowPilot Studio runs only on labs.google pages that host Google Flow. It uses this access to submit user-provided prompts, monitor generation progress, and detect generated media for download.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data is not transferred to third parties except where required for the extension's single purpose: Google Flow operation, local browser storage, download handling, and Gumroad license verification.

Remote Code

FlowPilot Studio does not load or execute remote JavaScript. The extension's scripts are included in the extension package. Network requests are used only for license verification and opening official product checkout links.

User Control

Users can clear local queue and cache data from the extension controls or remove the extension from Chrome to delete extension-stored data from the browser.
